1Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a vk8app account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• Be a resident of or accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of vk8app or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• Not be self-excluded from the Platform or have a previously terminated account due to breach of these Terms.

vk8app reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within fourteen (14) days of the request may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

2Account Management

Each registered player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. vk8app shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3Deposits & Minimum Balances

Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. vk8app does not impose any deposit processing fee; however, your mobile wallet operator may apply their own transaction charges, for which vk8app accepts no liability. All deposited funds must be used for wagering on the Platform and may not be deposited solely for the purpose of currency exchange or withdrawal without genuine play activity.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to the wallet number registered to your vk8app account at the time of account creation or as subsequently updated via the verified account settings process. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). vk8app reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed thresholds defined in our internal risk management policy. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if:

• The account KYC verification is incomplete.
• A bonus wagering requirement attached to the account remains unfulfilled.
• The withdrawal request is flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is pending on the account.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers published on the Platform are subject to specific bonus terms communicated at the point of offer. General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise include:

• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment wallet number.
• vk8app reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that a promotion has been or is being abused.
• Free bet credits cannot be withdrawn as cash; only winnings derived from free bet usage are withdrawable, subject to stated conditions.

6Betting Rules & Game Integrity

All sports betting markets offered on vk8app are governed by sport-specific rules published in the Platform's Help section. In the event of an ambiguity between these general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the settlement of that market. vk8app reserves the right to void, suspend, or re-settle any bet or game round where:

• A technical error, software malfunction, or data feed interruption materially affected the outcome.
• Evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption is identified by competent authorities or credible intelligence sources.
• The bet was placed using automated software, bots, or any mechanism not authorised by vk8app.
• The odds or game parameters were published in error and differ materially from the correct market price.

Regarding casino and crash games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). vk8app does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided by the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe) and are independently verified.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vk8app Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics or distort sports betting outcomes.
• Using any automated betting script, bot, macro, or third-party software to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting identified software bugs or errors to generate unearned credits rather than reporting them.
• Knowingly providing false identification, age, or payment information.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your wallet provider.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to transact proceeds of crime.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including but not limited to the vk8app brand name, logo, software, game assets, graphics, text, and data feeds is the exclusive intellectual property of vk8app or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from vk8app.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vk8app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party payment provider delays. vk8app's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with general principles of online gaming and consumer protection applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates. In the event of a dispute, you must contact vk8app support at [email protected] in the first instance. vk8app will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints process, the parties may agree to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

vk8app is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools are available to all registered players via the account settings menu. If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools or contact our support team immediately. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts; any such accounts discovered will be closed and balances returned net of any bonuses received.

12Privacy & Data Protection

By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. vk8app processes personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
